For more than 15 years, I’ve coached clients through health challenges, life transitions, and performance goals using nervous-system-aware, practical strength training rooted in real life — not extremes.
As an ACE Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, I hold advanced specializations in Behavior Change, Cancer Exercise, Fitness Nutrition, Orthopedic Exercise, and Senior Fitness. My approach blends functional strength, mindset, and mobility work to help clients feel capable in their bodies at every stage.
My work has been featured nationally in publications including Eat This, Not That! Health Web Magazine, Seasons Malibu, and TrainingTips.com, where I contribute practical guidance on realistic nutrition and sustainable strength.

I am a cancer survivor, competitive equestrian, military wife, and mom — experiences that deeply shape how I coach. Based in Rochester, New York, I live and work alongside my retired USAF husband Matt, our USSF son Matty (currently stationed at Eglin Air Force base), our horses Kane and Thea, our dogs Piper, Ella, Sobek, and Sandi — building a life rooted in adventure, love, resilience, and strength
I understand what it means to adapt, rebuild, and train in response to life’s demands.
And I teach my clients how to do the same — without breaking down or burning out.
