I shared recently about something that doesn’t get talked about enough..
Meeting ourselves where we are. Not where everyone else seems to be. Not where we think we should be. Not where we used to be. But where we actually are: Emotionally. Mentally. Physically. Because the truth is… 👉 We don’t walk into our workouts as just bodies. 👉 We walk in as humans carrying life, and stress, and everything in between. 🌧️ Awareness Is The First Step In that space of reflection, something important becomes clear: Most people aren’t struggling because they aren’t trying. They’re struggling because they’re trying to push through what their body is already overwhelmed by. Stress doesn’t just stay in your head. It shows up as: feeling “off” in your body inconsistent progress low energy poor recovery tight hips And for many women… 👉 Hormones amplify all of it. 🧠 This Is Where Things Start To Shift Once you become aware… You have a choice. You can: ❌ Keep pushing through it | Or ✔️ Start supporting your body differently 🌿 Support Looks Different Than You Think Support doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means doing what your body can actually respond to. Because when stress is high and recovery is low: More intensity isn’t better More pressure isn’t better More volume isn’t better 👉 Better support is better. 🔑 This Is The Missing Link For So Many Women You’ve been taught: be more disciplined push harder stay consistent no matter what But no one taught you how to adjust. No one taught you how to: build strength without burnout support hormonal changes train with your nervous system 🌸 This Is Where We Move From Awareness → Action This is exactly why I created the EmpowHERd Program.
