I have benefited from Ajia's training for two years. Ajia is great not only during training sessions but also in between. She is constantly tuned in to my needs and progress throughout the week, and I always feel comfortable reaching out to her with any questions. I am stronger and more in tune with my body than I have ever been. She has coached me through injuries, through my new interest in running, and through various physical activities outside of our training sessions. In fact, the best thing about Ajia is how willing and ready she is to adapt my training program to whatever I’m currently interested in. I’m so happy to have found a trainer who is willing to work with my specific needs, goals, and passions.

Ajia has been a great compliment to my strength, conditioning, and smart approach to exercise and fitness. I've never met anyone so psyched about workouts, and it shows when she leads you through the sessions. When I first started working with her, I was expecting just the weekly personal workout routine. What I got was much more. She cares about my progress, checks in frequently to see how I am doing, and adjusts to my target needs and goals. Before working with Ajia, I only had a couple of workout routines. She changed that and throws all the variety at you......no dull routine, that's for sure.

Over the couple of years that I have been training with Ajia, she has made a very positive difference in my overall fitness and strength. She motivates me to reach for higher levels in the workouts that she leads. I appreciate the thoughtful balance among muscle systems that she incorporates into my workouts. She keeps a good track of what works and what doesn’t. Her passion for her work is evident. I appreciate that she is willing to work virtually, which has gotten me through the pandemic in better shape than I’d otherwise be in. And she’s a fun, upbeat person who can get me working hard at 7:15 in the morning, not a small feat. I’d recommend her to anyone at any level for an intelligently designed program and some good, active fun.
