Small Business Of The Month
SOILEATER
May's Small Business Of The Month is Dan Forster Of Soileater
Full Time Father, Husband, LEO, and Originator Of SOILEATER; Dan Forster.
In 2012 Dan began his Law Enforcement career in upstate New York. He has served as an Entry-Team member and is now Team Leader on his department's SWAT team, and is a TEES-certified Intermediate Explosive Breacher. Dan is an Advanced Firearms Instructor, General Topics Instructor, and Field Training Officer. Throughout his career working patrol and SWAT, it became clear that not all equipment was created equal. Dan would constantly modify, add, or change his gear to better suit his needs or requirements for the given assignment or operation. The job was continuously adapting but the equipment remained the same or fell behind.
This motivated him to take action and create Soileater.
Dan began making Tourniquet holders that can be mounted on your belt to allow more law enforcement officers to carry life-saving equipment. In addition to life-saving equipment, his creations are appealing to anyone who supports LEOs including shirts, hoodies, and hats.
When Dan's not saving lives in and out of the field he enjoys spending time with his family, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and weight lifting.
He prides himself on #AlwaysImproving and consistently seeks training to improve his professional skill sets.
