Turkey meatloaf

I was never a meatloaf fan until I had so much ground turkey I didn't know what to do with it.  After experimenting with my 1ST Ever meatloaf and tweeking the recipe over and over again until there weren't any leftovers, I think it's safe to say it's perfected.  Let me know what you think.  

INGREDIENTS
Turkey Meatloaf

• 1 pound 90% lean ground turkey
• 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
• 1/8 cup almond milk, beef broth, or whole milk - your choice!
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley 
• 1 tablesppon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon ketchup
• 1/4 teaspon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder​

Sauce

• 1/4 cup ketchup

INSTRUCTIONS 

• Preheat the oven to 375. 
  
• Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil. 
  
• Lightly spray with  nonstick spray and set aside. 
• In a large bowl, mix the all the meatloaf ingredients.  Do not over mix.  
• Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan.  
• Pour the 1/4 cup of ketchup over the the top of the meatloaf.  
• If desired sprinkle additional pepper over the top of the meatloaf.  
• Bake for 45 to 55 minutes ​
