12 Years.

​12 years of being my own Lady Boss.

I actually googled ' Average Success Rate Of Small Business,' and here's what google said.. 

Key findings. 18.4% of private sector businesses in the U.S. fail within the first year. After five years, 49.7% have faltered, while after 10 years, 65.5% of businesses have failed.

Since google said it, it must be true.. all jokes aside I am forever GrateFULL To my family, friends, and clients for supporting me over the years.

When I made the decision to start my business, to not purchase someone else's pre-existing book of business, but rather to build myself from the ground up, I knew it would be hard.  I knew it would come with sacrifice.   Looking back on the last 12 years and how much I have grown, I can honestly say that I have zero regrets.  From driving all day door to door to virtual coaching clients spanning multiple time zones.   From handouts and hard copies to virtual habit-coaching, in-app messaging, meal planning, progress tracking, and workouts.  It's been a wild ride and there's no one else I'd rather be on this journey with. 

To my Husband, Matt, thank you for always encouraging, respecting, and supporting my business decisions.  I appreciate the water or decaf coffee drop-offs at my office door and I love how engaging and supportive you are in our private online community of clients and friends. 

To my Son, Matty, thank you for always participating in and understanding my business decisions.  I hate that sometimes I had to work when I would rather have watched Bad Moms with you AGAIN.  BUT.  I appreciate and love how eager you are to try my new recipes and give me your honest feedback on my social media and websites.  Honestly IS The best policy!

To my friends, thank you for learning what TBD Time is and for respecting the boundaries I have had to set in order to focus and grow my business.  I appreciate and love that you feel confident in my abilities to absorb my advice and to refer your friends to me.

To my clients, thank YOU For literally making my dreams come true and for allowing me to be a part of YOUR Journey.  I appreciate and love that I am the person you choose to coach you, to empower you, while we navigate life together towards your health and wellness goals.
